We were directed to my wife's Honda Accord there when a car backed into it in a parking iot two weeks ago. Louie was helpful, friendly, quick and the car looks beautiful. He facilitated us getting the rental car quickly, and having it returned. It is rare to receive such good customer service in Toronto nowadays. When your almost-new car is damaged, it's a stressful time, but he made it easy. In late October I was involved in a five car pile-up on the 407. My Volvo S80 suffered significant damage and I understand the total cost for repairs was in excess of $20,000.00.
The vehicle was towed to Milford Auto Collision. As you can appreciate I was concerned that the repairs would never restore the car to an acceptable condition.
